Not all Humana plans offer an OTC benefit allowance. If your plan does, this benefit allowance can go toward buying OTC medicine and other health and wellness products from Humana Pharmacy’s mail-delivery service. To find out if your plan has an OTC benefit allowance, sign in to MyHumana, go to "Documents & Forms" at the bottom of the page, and then review your Evidence of Coverage or Annual Notification of Change documents.
Humana updates benefits yearly to help ensure that plans stay valuable and affordable. It is important to understand your benefits for this plan year. For more information on your current plan year OTC benefit allowance, sign in to MyHumana, go to "Documents & Forms" at the bottom of the page, and then review your Evidence of Coverage or Annual Notification of Change documents.

If your order exceeds your benefit allowance, please include payment for the balance due with your mail-in form. Payment can be in the form of a check or money order, or you can enter your credit card information on the form. If you are ordering online or via fax, please pay by credit card. Sales tax may apply if your order total is higher than your OTC benefit allowance.
Failure to submit payment in full will lead to items being cancelled to bring your order total at or below your OTC benefit allowance. Any unused balance does not roll over to the next month or quarter.
