For new prescriptions
Expect your medicine to arrive within 7 to 10 business days after we receive the new prescription from your doctor.
Expect your shipment within 5 to 7 business days after we receive the refill order.
We’ll call you to confirm the delivery date of your medicine and make sure you thoroughly understand your treatment plan.
If we need to contact you, your doctor, or your insurance provider about your order, shipment may take longer.
We’ll contact you if your order is delayed.
