A new way to manage your health

Are you looking for ways to stay healthy and be social at home? The virtual Humana Neighborhood Center is perfect for you! They have daily online classes like cooking demos, crafts and meditation—created with you in mind to help you achieve your best health.

Here, we discuss what the virtual Humana Neighborhood Center is and how you can participate.

What is the Humana Neighborhood Center?

Humana started the Humana Neighborhood Center program to help you focus on yourself. Every week, the virtual Humana Neighborhood Center offers free special events, programs and activities designed to improve your overall health and wellness. Everything is online, so you can enjoy it all at home.

Humana membership isn’t required to participate in most activities. However, you do need to be eligible for Medicare. This means you can take fun classes with your family and friends who have Medicare coverage even if they aren’t a Humana member. And if you need a little extra support managing your health, you can speak with a health educator to get the most out of your Humana plan.

To stay up-to-date on the Humana Neighborhood Center, you can always check out the event calendar to find a class you’d like to take.
