The new Humana Pharmacy website is live! We’ve made some changes to serve you better. Now, our website is easier to use and more personalized to your unique health needs.

Find what you need quickly
When you visit HumanaPharmacy.com, you’ll be able to quickly refill up to 5 of your prescriptions and track orders without signing in. We’ve also changed the location of important website buttons and links so you’ll clearly see where to sign in, create a new online account and more.
Your personalized dashboard
We’ve created a new dashboard that is tailored to you. To view it, just sign in to your account using your current username and password. Here you’ll see:
- When your prescriptions are ready for refill
- When your next delivery is expected to arrive
- Which prescriptions are available to transfer and how much you could save
- Your over-the-counter (OTC) allowance (if applicable)
You’ll also find extra resources to help you with your online account and links to learn more about drug prices, covered medications and more.
Easy account management
We’ve also created a space for you to easily manage all your account information with us. You’ll find it under the “Account” tab that appears after you’ve signed in to your account.
Here you can:
- Quickly update your username and password
- Add or update your shipping addresses and any payment methods
- Let us know the best way to reach you about refills, orders and account updates—whether by phone, email or text message
