How it works
What to expect after your order
For new prescriptions or transfers: You can expect your medicine within 7 to 10 days after we receive the new prescription from your doctor. For prescription refills: Once we receive your refill order, you can expect your shipment within 5 to 7 days.
For specialty medicine:We’ll call you to confirm the delivery date of your medicine and make sure you thoroughly understand your treatment plan.
Note: If we need to contact you, your doctor, or your insurance provider about your order, shipment may take longer. We’ll contact you if your order is delayed.
