Visit Start a New Prescription and provide your prescription information.

You'll be asked to create an online account if you haven't done so already.

Ask your doctor to send your prescription electronically with ePrescribe.

Ask your doctor to call in your prescription at 1-800-379-0092 Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 11 p.m., and Saturday, 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., Eastern time.

Your doctor can fax your prescription or completed forms to 1-800-379-7617.

How it works

Order: We recieve your prescription, and assign a unique number for tracking.
Pharmacist Check: A pharmacist checks your presciption to make sure it's right for your condition.
Processing: We'll fill your order and another pharmacist will verify your medicine.
Bottle Protection: With the final pharmacist approval we place your medication in a bottle with heat-sealed and tamper-resistant foil.
Shipment: You'll receive your medicine, at a location of your choice, in a plain package to ensure privacy.

What to expect after your order

For new prescriptions or transfers:
You can expect your medicine within 7 to 10 days after we receive the new prescription from your doctor.

For prescription refills:
Once we receive your refill order, you can expect your shipment within 5 to 7 days.

For specialty medicine:
We’ll call you to confirm the delivery date of your medicine and make sure you thoroughly understand your treatment plan.

Note: If we need to contact you, your doctor, or your insurance provider about your order, shipment may take longer. We’ll contact you if your order is delayed.
