Does Humana Pharmacy carry this product?

Are you a Medicare member?

If yes-

Go to Click "Shop Home" under Shop to see a list of products.

If no-

Humana updates benefits yearly so plans stay valuable and affordable. This includes the OTC Health & Wellness monthly benefit. For more information on your benefit allowance, check your evidence of coverage or your annual change notification. Just sign in to MyHumana and go to "Documents & Forms" at the bottom of the page. Sign in at


What drugs are covered by my plan?

To see which drugs are covered by your plan, sign in to MyHumana and select “Drug pricing tool” under the Tools & Resources section at the bottom of the page. You’ll be able to check coverage and cost of a drug by providing the drug name, strength and dosage.


What over-the-counter (OTC) products can I order through Humana Pharmacy?

If your Medicare plan includes an over-the-counter (OTC) Health & Wellness benefit, you can order a variety of OTC products such as pain relievers, cold medicine, vitamins and more. Sign in to your Humana Pharmacy account and select “Shop” to see a list of OTC items to purchase.

What is my order status?

To check your order status, choose one of these options:

  • Online: Sign in to your Humana Pharmay account to see your order status and to track your shipment. 
  • Mobile app: Download the free Humana Pharmacy app and sign in using your MyHumana username and password. Select “Order status” to get an update on your order.
  • Phone: Call 1-800-379-0092 (TTY: 711) any time and choose the order status option. Enter your prescription number to get a status of your order. 

Please note the automated option is not available for specialty orders. Specialty members call 1-800-486-2668 (TTY: 711) Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. or Saturday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., Eastern time.


What is the prescription (Rx) calculator?

The prescription (Rx) calculator is used to estimate the future cost of your medicines based on your current dosage. Sign in to MyHumana and select “Rx Calculator” under the Tools & Resources section at the bottom of the page to calculate your costs. 


How do I order over-the-counter (OTC) supplies?

If your insurance plan includes a health and wellness benefit, you can order supplies by going to "Shop Supplies" after you sign in to your Humana Pharmacy account. Select the supply you'd like to order and your health and wellness credit will be applied at checkout.

What diabetes supplies can I get at Humana Pharmacy?

You can get blood glucose meters, test strips, lancets, lancing devices, syringes, needles, alcohol swabs, and control solutions at Humana Pharmacy.

Sign in to your Humana Pharmacy account and select the “Shop” tab to see a full list of our diabetes supplies.

What does my order status mean?

Order status is where your order is in the fulfillment process:

  • Order Received: Your order has been received by Humana Pharmacy for processing.
  • In Process: Your order is being filled by a Humana Pharmacy facility.
  • Delayed: Your prescription is delayed or on hold at this time. 
  • Shipped: Your order has shipped from a Humana Pharmacy facility. 
  • Cancelled: Humana Pharmacy is unable to fill your prescription.
