Asking questions and getting answers just got a whole lot easier on HumanaPharmacy.com
You can now ask your pharmacy questions online 24 hours a day, every day of the year! Humana Pharmacy® is offering an innovative search tool that makes it easy for you to quickly and efficiently find the answers you need.
Simply type your question into the Ask the Pharmacy search box located at the top of each Humana Pharmacy Web page, and you’ll get a targeted answer that best matches your question. By the end of December, Ask the Pharmacy search box will also be available on our contact us and frequently asked questions pages. Please note that you may be asked to choose the specific pharmacy—either Humana Pharmacy or Humana Specialty Pharmacy—since the answer may differ based on the pharmacy.
Ask the Pharmacy’s advanced search engine provides relevant answers to common Humana Pharmacy questions, eliminating the need to scroll through hundreds of responses, which typically happens with traditional search engines. Questions such as “How can I refill my prescription?” and “Do you offer diabetes supplies?” will be answered with the question and answer appearing alongside each other.
If there is more than one answer to a question, the most appropriate answer will display at the top, followed by other answers. If there isn’t an answer to your question, you will be given the Humana Pharmacy Customer Care number to call.
